To reduce repetitive, low-impact design tasks and give the comms team more creative independence, I developed a flexible Figma toolkit tailored to Salesforce’s key regions — including ANZ, Japan & Korea, India, LATAM, and ASEAN. The templates were built to be self-serve, making it easy for teams to create on-brand visuals without needing to loop in designers for every request. Regional touches like native landscapes and foliage keep it feeling local, while smart structure and brand consistency keep it feeling like Salesforce.

One key challenge was balancing creative freedom with brand control. The system needed to be adaptable without becoming a free-for-all. By structuring the toolkit to be intuitive and foolproof, even non-designers could produce assets confidently.
The result was fewer small-scale design requests, faster turnarounds for comms, and more time to focus on higher-impact work.
